The Conservatory
This unique space boasts an original glass roof draped in hanging foliage, complemented by the authentic Victorian tiled floor, a feature living wall and bar which makes it the perfect setting for a more intimate event such as a wedding ceremony, meeting, small conference or summer party.
The Space can accommodate either 100 people standing with casual seating, 85 people theatre- style or ceremony style or a private dinner for up to 60 people.
The Conservatory houses an in-house music system and direct access to the Terrace for the perfect alfresco event.
The Lounge
Full of character, this space has maintained all of its original features, including high ceilings, original architrave features, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. Furnished with an eclectic mix of vintage and industrial furniture and oversized plants, the room is reminiscent of a 1950’s drawing-room. The Lounge can be hired alongside any other spaces as a chill-out area, break-out room, large meeting or ceremony room for an intimate wedding.
The Lounge’s capacity depends on the room layout and ranges from 80 people standing to 60 people seated in a theatre- style or ceremony style.
The Main Room
The Main Room is the heart and soul of The Faversham having hosted hundreds of live bands and DJs over the last 40 years. The renovated original wooden timber floors, large windows, and exposed brickwork make it a stunning backdrop for any event.
The Main Room comes equipped with its own PA and AV system, stage and disco lights. The newly refurbished bar and tiled floor is a stand out design feature to the Main Room.
The Main Room’s capacity ranges depending on the style of your event, from 300 people standing to 140 people seated for a dinner or wedding breakfast.
The Terrace
Now, more than ever, an outdoor space is becoming essential when hosting an event. The Faversham Terrace is 1600sq ft and makes the perfect setting for summer events, cocktail parties and BBQs. The Faversham Terrace can comfortably accommodate 100 people with casual seating and, when hired, automatically comes with The Conservatory providing a contingency plan for the great British weather!
